Rabiot from France vs Spain

Manchester United’s international break has been characterized by a bad vibe due to their tepid start to the season.

The Red Devils have lost two out of their first three games in the Premier League which has garnered criticism from all quarters.

Transfer – Man Utd now prepare £25.2million offer to sign defender – Report

Just before the break, Man Utd lost to bitter rivals Liverpool 3-0. Many players had a horrific day out against the Reds but the one who faced the entire wrath of Red Devils fans is Casemiro.

The Brazilian legend had a catastrophic first half and was taken off at half-time for Toby Collyer.

Although they have signed Manuel Ugarte, Casemiro’s poor performance has forced the club to consider other options.

As per SPORT [image attached at the end], Adrien Rabiot is available for any club to sign immediately and along with Man Utd, Newcastle United, Barcelona and Real Madrid are interested in signing him.

The 29-year-old Frenchman has been without a club since leaving Juventus at the end of last season. However, Rabiot has a problem that he has to solve very soon and Man Utd could help him get past it.

As per MEN, France manager, Didier Deschamps, has made it clear to Rabiot that if he doesn’t find himself a new club soon, he will not be in contention to represent his nation. The 29-year-old has been a regular in his national team until recently.

Thus, joining Man Utd helps Rabiot as much as it works the other way. The out-of-contract Frenchman might not be a natural pivot by trade but with the experience that he has, he can fulfil a number of roles in the squad.

The issue with Rabiot is that he will command a significant wage package and for a player who might not be a regular starter at Old Trafford, it remains to be seen if Man Utd are willing to take the chance with Rabiot.

If they want to sign him, now is the time to do it and let’s see what the club thinks about the same.
