On the other hand, as per the latest update coming from Spain today, Man Utd will soon make a bid worth 50 million euros (£43million) to sign the Les Bleus center half in the summer transfer window.

According to La Razon (news image provided below), next week, Man Utd will move in with an offer of £43million to carry out the transfer of Varane.

The former Lens player will be out of contract in less than 12 months and as per the media outlet, there are two options left for the Spanish giants. One, to let the player leave for free after completing his final year of the contract and two, to sell him for the best possible price this summer.

La Razon state that everything indicates the second option will finally be selected by Real Madrid and the 28-year-old would end up signing for Man Utd. The PL club are already negotiating personal terms with the defender.

The World Cup winning star has already won three La Liga titles and four Champions League trophies in his career.

On the other hand, the Red Devils are yet to win a trophy under the management of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Will that change with the arrival of Raphael Varane? Only time will tell.
