Manchester United are set to take Ipswich Town on in the Premier League in what will be Ruben Amorim’s first match in charge as the new head coach of the club. He will be looking to get off to a winning start and it will be an important game.
Ipswich are coming off their first victory of the season over Tottenham Hotspur and will be confident coming from the game.

They will be looking to spoil Amorim’s party but it will not be an easy task by any stretch of the imagination.
Amorim is likely to set Manchester United up in a 3-4-3 formation in his first game in charge. It is a formation that the coach is very familiar but the players are unlikely to have played in this system prior to this game, except in training.
Andre Onana is certain to start in goal. The back three in front of him are likely to be made up of Matthijs de Ligt from the right, Lisandro Martinez through the middle and Luke Shaw from the left, making his long-term return from injury.
Mazraoui is likely to start as the wing-back on the left and there is a chance for Antony to start from the right as a wing-back considering he played there extensively during training this week. If Amorim wanted to play it safer though, he could go with Dalot.
The midfield is likely to have Casemiro and Manuel Ugarte. The latter is one of the very few players who has played in this system under Amorim back at Sporting and he could end up having a prominent role under his former coach.
Rasmus Hojlund is likely to start as the number nine, with Marcus Rashford from the left of attack and Bruno Fernandes from the right.
