The news source have mentioned that super agent, Jorge Mendes, has met the representatives of Manchester United and Barcelona to make them aware of the asking price.
It is stated that the Premier League and the Spanish side have expressed that they are ready to agree the £34.4million fee required to sign the 22-year-old midfielder.
O Jogo claim that the Liga Nos champions expect the release clause to be met but for now, they have not received any official offer.

The youngster is a versatile talent, who can play in multiple midfield positions. Last season, he made 47 appearances for Porto and directly contributed in 9 goals (4 goals and 5 assists).
Under the management of Sergio Conceicao, he regularly started in the Dragon’s domestic double winning campaign.
