Manchester United need to improve their midfield department and it is possible that they will sign a top player in the form of Saul Niguez before the end of this month’s transfer deadline.
Yesterday, The Times reported that Atletico Madrid have offered Man Utd and Chelsea a chance to sign their star on loan with an option or obligation to make the move permanent in 2022.

Today, Sport (press image provided below) have covered a story stating that the Rojiblancos have been demanding a fee of 50 million euros for their creative midfielder.
However, the Red Devils and the Blues have not come close to the asking price and therefore, the Wanda Metropolitano side are looking at the loan option.
The Spanish source have mentioned that the La Liga champions are looking to get rid of the wages of around 7 million euros a season (£116,000 a week) and Man Utd have already moved in and thrown their net to sign Saul Niguez. It is stated that his departure to the Premier League cannot be postponed.
The 26-year-old La Roja player is a skillful midfielder, who can operate as a deep lying playmaker, a creative central midfielder and even as an attacking midfielder if needed.
With the arrival of Rodrigo de Paul, Saul has lost his position in the center of the park and now, he starts on the left side of the field. Sport state that the 19-capped international wants to play in the midfield and that is why he wants to leave Atletico.
