Manchester United seem serious about signing a center back to strengthen the defense and it would be fantastic if they can seal the signing of a quality and experienced star like Raphael Varane.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then Man Utd have submitted an offer to sign the Real Madrid star in the summer transfer window.

According to Marca (via Sport Witness), the Red Devils have set their sights on signing the 27year-old from the La Liga champions.
The renowned Spanish news source have reported that Man Utd have made an offer of around 50 million euros to lure the French international, who is interested in moving to the Premier League having already won every major domestic and continental prize with Real Madrid.
Back in February this year, Marca claimed that the market price of the £100,000-a-week star is 70 million euros but if he does not sign a new contract, then the Los Blancos would target to sell him for 50 million euros.
More recently, The Daily Mail covered a story and claimed that the 13-time European Champions are asking for £60million to sell their prized asset, who will be out of contract next year and is looking to leave in the next transfer window.
So, it will be intriguing to see if the offer made by Man Utd is good enough to hire the services of the Les Bleus star, who was a key member of Didier Deschamps’ squad that won the World Cup in 2018.
