Manchester United are consistently linked with midfielders and once again, the name of Eduardo Camavinga is in the lime light.
Few days back, French journalist, Santi Aouna, claimed that Camavinga’s representatives are pressing the midfielder to move to England. However, the youngster is interested in joining PSG.
Today, the Foot Mercato reproter has tweeted that renowned RMC Sport journalist, Mohamed Bouhafsi, has confirmed that the agents would like to take the player to Man Utd.
The Red Devils are looking to improve things in the center of the park and the 18-year-old boy has been on their radar for some time. Last month, The Guardian revealed that United are making attempts to sign the teenage sensation. He will be out of contract in less than 12 months and Rennes are open to selling him for a fee of 30 million euros (£25.7m).
Moreover, Fabrizio Romano also claimed that the Old Trafford outfit are in direct contact with the French club and they want to secure the signing of the midfielder this summer to avoid competition from other clubs next year.
Camavinga has already made three appearances for the senior national side and he scored for the Les Bleus in acrobatic fashion on his debut. He is someone who likes to press and break play and in future, he is expected to replace Kante.
Last season, the versatile play breaker featured in 35 games for the Ligue 1 side, who finished 6th in the table.
At Old Trafford, Solskjaer does not have a solid holding midfield star in his squad. Nemanja Matic is now past his best and mostly warms the bench, so, the Norwegian manager should sign a DM. In your view, should Man Utd spend £25.7m on Eduardo Camavinga?
