Erik Ten Hag has demanded the Manchester United board to sign £30million-rated, Marcel Sabitzer, on a permanent basis.
A few days back, Florian Plettenberg revealed that the Austrian international, currently playing on loan, would like to seal his move to Old Trafford.
Moreover, as per Football Insider, Ten Hag is pressing the hierarchy at the club to make the midfielder’s loan move permanent.
The news source have mentioned that Bayern Munich would demand a fee of around £30million for the versatile star, who rarely started at the Allianz Arena.
Sabitzer is an attack-minded creative midfielder, who used to regularly contribute in goals during his time at RB Leipzig.
He warmed the bench after moving to the Bavarians and must move away from the club to play regular first-team football.
Lately, Ten Hag has utilized the Austrian star in the central attacking midfield position and he has excelled big time.
He scored a goal in our FA Cup quarter-final victory against Fulham before the international break. Last week, he set up the winning goal vs Brentford.
On the other hand, yesterday, he featured for 76 minutes in the victory over Everton in the Premier League.
In the absence of Casemiro and Eriksen, Sabitzer has been a key player in the center of the park for Erik ten Hag.
Have your say – Should Man Utd pay £30million to sign him on a permanent basis?
