Three changes – Man Utd’s strongest possible 4-2-3-1 XI vs Everton

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Manchester United have been in brilliant form lately and they will look to continue the winning run when they face Everton at the Goodison Park later in the day.

Chelsea, who occupy the final CL qualification spot, dropped points yesterday and therefore, the Red Devils have the chance to move within just a single point. The Toffees lost their last league game vs the Gunners and are five points behind the Old Trafford club at the moment.

As far as Solskjaer’s team news is concerned, we can expect the Norwegian manager to make three changes in the squad that started vs Club Brugge in the midweek Europa League contest.

In the goal, Spanish international David De Gea should return in place of Argentine shot stopper Sergio Romero.

In the defense, only one change should be made. Victor Lindelof would likely return in place of Ivorian international Eric Bailly to start with Harry Maguire in the central defense. As far as the midfield is concerned, Fred and McTominay should retain their starting places.

In the attacking third, veteran Mata should be replaced and in his place, Greenwood should start with Fernandes and James behind lone center forward Odion Ighalo, who scored on his full debut on Thursday night.
