Manchester United have neither scored nor conceded a single goal in the last three games in all competitions.

Though a 0-0 result against Man City away from home would not be a tragedy, the Red Devils need to beat their rivals if they are to have a serious chance of challenging for the Premier League title.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could make at least three changes to the squad that started in the last league game vs Crystal Palace.

In the backline, Victor Lindelof could return in place of Eric Bailly to start with Harry Maguire in the central defense.

In the absence of David De Gea, Dean Henderson should start again in the goal. Moreover, the likes of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw would likely start again in the RB and LB roles respectively.

As far as the midfield is concerned, Scott McTominay could return in place of Nemanja Matic to play with Brazilian Fred.

In the attacking third, Solskjaer could make one change by bringing Daniel James in place of Mason Greenwood. On the other hand, the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Edinson Cavani could start again.
