If reports in the media are anything to go by then Raphael Varane is close to reaching an agreement with Manchester United and he is ready to seal the move to Old Trafford.

As per the latest update provided by MEN today (press image provided below), Man Utd are close to agreeing personal terms with the Les Bleus center half and hope to secure his signing in the next few weeks.
For now, the 28-year-old is on vacations after featuring for France at the Euro 2020 and the renowned news outlet state that after the break, the player wants to fly straight to Manchester to sign for the 20-time English champions instead of going back to Spain to take part in the pre-season with the Los Blancos.
It is further claimed that the 13-time European Champions valued the former Ligue 1 player at £80million. However, the player will be out of contract in 2022, therefore, they cannot demand such a massive fee and he is expected to move to Old Trafford for a good price.
What is that good price? Spanish outlet ABC revealed (yesterday) that Real Madrid are demanding a fee of at least 50 million euros (£43m) from the sale of their prized asset.
So, if reports are to be believed then things are looking positive for the Red Devils, who have already secured a deal to lure a top player like Sancho.
Rapahel Varane would surely be another quality addition if he does end up sealing his move. For the supporters, it is advised to wait for official confirmation before getting excited.
