Manchester United splashed a lot of cash to strengthen their team in the summer transfer window and Solskjaer’s focus was to hire the services of British players.
Therefore, the likes of Maguire, Wan-Bissaka and James were recruited. If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Norwegian manager is set to continue his policy of targeting British players in the next summer’s transfer window.
According to ESPN, Solskjaer would like to inject goals into his team and in such a scenario, Dortmund’s Sancho and Leicester’s Maddison are on top of his wish list for next summer.

The above mentioned duo are not going to come for cheap. The Bundesliga winger, who has recently signed a new deal worth £190,000-a-week could cost over £100million (The Sun).
On the other hand, the Premier League attacking midfielder could cost around £80million (Mirror Sport) (ESPN).
As far as the wide attacking positions are concerned, United do have depth with players like Mata, Lingard, James and Martial around but they surely lack quality. Therefore, the arrival of Sancho, who was fantastic last season, would largely improve the quality of the attack.
In the current campaign, so far, the 19-year-old boy has directly contributed in 9 goals (3 goals and 6 assists) in 7 appearances for the German club.
As far as James Maddison is concerned, I have already covered a post regarding why United should hire his services.
In my view, at first, the Red Devils must book their place in the next season’s Champions League, then, they will be able to attract the best of players in the world.
In your opinion, are Sancho and Maddison good enough to improve United’s offense?
United should pay anything to get them because we need force in that attack.
