Man Utd are coming to the end of what has been an extremely troubled season and the only thing left for them to concentrate on is the Europa League semi-finals, which gives them an unlikely route to secure Champions League football for next season.
The Red Devils under Ruben Amorim have not managed to change the fortunes around, but the Portuguese tactician has admitted that the situation they find themselves in is very grave and that they need to find a way to change the situation in the summer.

Recently, it emerged that Man Utd were close to a deal for Wolves attacker Matheus Cunha. The Brazilian number 10 has had an excellent season in the Premier League and it comes as no surprise to see him being linked to a top club.
Now, as per The Mirror, Man Utd are ready to sell the likes of Antony, Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia in the summer to make room for the arrival of Cunha. All four players are not currently at the club and are out on loan.
Rashford is said to be earning £325,000-a-week at Man Utd, Antony £200,000 per week and Malacia £75,000 per week. Meanwhile, Sancho, who is out on loan at Chelsea since the beginning of the season is said to be earning £350,000-a-week.
Put together, the quartet are earning around £950,000 a week and Man Utd could look to move them on and free up a significant chunk of wage budget for potential summer signings, one of which would have to be Matheus Cunha.
Cunha would be excellent in Ruben Amorim’s system as one of the two number 10s, and in 31 appearances across all competitions, he has 16 goals and has provided four assists. The versatile Brazilian can also lead the line on the odd occasion.
Although signing just the Wolves forward would not be sufficient for a club like Man Utd, with so many holes in their team, Cunha would be a good place to start and let’s wait and see how the Red Devils plan this out in the coming weeks.
